RICETTE - XWOMAN NUTRITION
Questo ricettario, realizzato dalle Fitness Chef della X WOMAN Academy, è diviso in sezioni:
- ANTIPASTI, in cui potete trovare stuzzichini e preparazioni per iniziare il pasto;
- PRIMI PIATTI, ovvero tutte le paste, i cereali, i legumi e le zuppe;
- SECONDI, con piatti di pesce, carne o vegani;
- EXTRA, in cui troverete i sughi e le salse, il pane, i contorni e le insalate;
- DOLCI, come le tentazioni realizzate dalle nostre chef per farvi assaporare il gusto… di stare a dieta.
Ogni ricetta è composta da due pagine: nella prima troverete gli ingredienti e le porzioni, nella seconda i macronutrienti per porzione (dove non è segnata significa che i macros sono riferiti all’intera dose), il procedimento ed il codice a barre della ricetta: scannerizzandolo con la vostra App contacalorie (Myfitnesspal) potrete aggiungere direttamente la ricetta nel vostro diario alimentare.
